|Recommended: YesGreat time — I haven't been here for very long, but I'm have a great time.
|Recommended: YesOverall I had a good experience here Whenever we had a maintenance request, they would often address it the very next day. Management was very friendly and understanding. Good location, with a shuttle stop very close.
|Recommended: NoLiving here was by far the worst experience of my life. The fee for parking was unjustifiably high, the quality of room was laughable at best, and the management was unreliable and unprofessional. Moving into the apartment took several hours of cleaning before the apartment was even close to livable. Living here was a mistake, I would advise everyone to not even consider this complex as an option.
|Recommended: YesNot bad — Definitely some things that need to be fixed and updated but the staff is great and they are working hard to make it better
|Recommended: YesNot to shabby, in a very good location — Good first apartment
response from property -Thanks Rachel!
|Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for. — Alpine Flats is one of the cheapest places to live that is close to campus. It is definitely older, and isn't the prettiest. But is has great location, friendly staff, and the price almost can't be beat. Overall, I have been very happy with my stay. The clubhouse and other amenities are a bonus as well.
Thank you for your Review!
|Recommended: YesGood Property — The apartments themsleves are nothing special. They are good enough, I have no complaints, but nothing to rave about. The people who live here though seem to be the cream of the crop. They are really fun people.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment overall. apartments have been remodeled and fully furnished — i would recommend it. the parking is kind of tight so just be aware of that
Thanks for your review!
|Recommended: YesIt's pretty good — I haven't lived here all that long yet, but so far I like it. The parking is limited but I haven't been able to not find a space yet. It feels a little cramped in general, but it's comfy and the feel is nice. There is enough space for everything. There's no extra storage space really, I wish there was more, but the location for right next to campus is really nice.
Thanks for your review!
|Recommended: YesIt is not bad. — I would tell them that the student community is amazing. Everybody is really friendly and it is easy to make friends. But the actual apartments aren't the best quality. I have had issues with plumbing and cleaning since moving in about a month ago and even though we have talked to people about that stuff not much has been done.
I would love to turn this experience around for you!
Stop by our office! I would love to talk about your concerns!

|Recommended: YesVery much like a home space. — It has a great living situation with lots of room to move around and do things. It has a great fully furnished kitchen and has lots of things to do as well. There is a great hot tub, and game rooms for everyday use. It has so many people to get to know and to be friends with and everyone is so nice.
Thanks Alyssa!
|Recommended: YesHelpful and Friendly — The office staff are really helpful and go above and beyond for the residents.
|Recommended: YesIt’s a good time — Good people, good staff, small living spaces but its all good
|Recommended: YesWould Reccomend — Alpine Flats was a great place to live. I enjoyed being close enough to campus to walk but also having the option to take the shuttle in cold winter months. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help. They are constantly hosting game nights or doing giveaways
The property is slightly dated, but they have taken and continue to take measures to keep it feeling clean. I can't express enough how AWESOME THE KITCHEN IS It's a little thing but my roommate and I all had plenty of room.
|Recommended: YesGreat place — It’s great
